Southampton Bitterne Gym is one of few PureGyms to be home to a GHD (Glute Ham Developer). This is one of the selection of lower body resistance machines that make up a solid back wall behind the dumbbell area. The gym feels strategically planned, each aspect of training has its own dedicated space.
