The Community Score is created by gym users, giving members and visitors a voice alongside the independent NGI Score.
Why It Matters
No review system should rely on one opinion alone. The Community Score helps show what real gym users think about their day-to-day experience.
How It Works
Visitors can rate a gym across key categories including cleanliness, equipment variety, layout, size and atmosphere. These ratings combine into a community average.
One Rating Per Device
To keep ratings fair, each device can submit one rating per gym. This helps reduce spam and keeps the Community Score more reliable.
